On This Rock Ministries
On Jesus, the solid Rock, we stand!
Our mission is to be witnesses of Jesus Christ to our family, friends, and community and to show His love and forgiveness to all who will accept it. With the leadership of the Holy Spirit we desire to be a beacon of hope to our community and the world.
WE HAVE ROOM TO GROW AND WE HAVE ROOM FOR YOU.
One day as we were on our way to church Joyce and I began to talk about starting a new ministry. This had been a desire for both of us for long time, but the door had never opened for us to do it. As we were driving along, we saw an old house that belonged to a friend of ours. We looked at each other and we didn’t even have to say anything. It was as if God set everything in motion. Could this old house be a place that could become a place of worship? Our friend told us that we could use the old house for free if we wanted to fix it up. God provided the resources, opportunity and people and on the second Sunday of March 2019 we had our first Sunday worship in the old house. We had some great times in the old house, but soon we realized that it would not be big enough for what God wanted to do.
Today we are worshiping in our new facility that God has provided. We have room to grow and we have room for you. We are excited to see what is coming next as we take this journey with the Holy Spirit. We invite everyone to come and experience this journey with us.
PLEASE KNOW THAT WE ARE PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING AND FOLLOWING ALL COVID-19 GUIDELINES FROM THE STATE OF ARKANSAS.
God calls us to trust Him, but He also wants us to use the good wisdom that He has given us. With the spreading of this Covid-19 we feel that it is necessary to make a few adjustments to our worship time. We are asking everyone to please wear a face covering or mask. If you do not have one, we have some that will be provided for you. Also, we ask that you use the hand sanitizer that will be provided in different areas in the Church. Of course, it is recommended that you stay a safe distance from each other resisting physical contact. As brothers and sisters in the Lord we love to give each other "Holy Hugs", but at this time, it is not a good idea to do that. We will get past this, but for now we need to be responsible and considerate of others. We want to do our part to not spread this to each other.
Thanks to Joyce the Church is cleaned and sanitized each week. We ask that you do not leave any drink containers or food wrappings out.
The worship area will be arranged so that families can sit together but at a safe distance from other families. Once you are seated you may take off the mask if it is uncomfortable for you but we ask that when you get up or leave that you put your mask back on.
The worship team will not be using a mask during the message or singing, but we will stay on the platform at a safe distance away.
We are not passing the offering plate, but it will be at the back of the sanctuary if you wish to give.
We will be having children’s church, but they must wear their masks at all times and must use the hand sanitizer. They will be, to the best of our ability, kept at a safe distance from each other.
It is necessary that we respect one another's health during this time.
Praise the Lord with us!

In one eternally existent, infinite God, Sovereign of the universe, He alone is God, Holy in nature and purpose. He is Triune in being and reveals Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ died for our sins, rose from the dead, ascended to heaven, and is engaged in intercession for us.
The Holy Spirit is ever present and active with the Church, convincing the world of sin, regenerating those who will repent and believe, sanctifying believers, and guiding believers into all truth as it is in Jesus.
Jesus will return to call His Church home; that we who are alive at his coming shall not precede them that are asleep in Christ, and we shall all be caught up with risen saints to meet the Lord in the air, and will be forever with the Lord.
Glorious and everlasting life is assured to all who believe in and follow Jesus Christ, but the finally impenitent shall suffer eternally in hell.
